Pretty good,I added a little more Velveeta to make it cheesier and did not cook my noodles all the way before baking.Nice and creamy:)

This is the best homemade mac and cheese recipe I've ever had. I make this all the time and everyone loves it. For an easy meal I just add chopped ham and serve with a garden salad.

I always use Mary's Macaroni recipe. Last weekend, I took a dish of it to my daughter's home, and it won rave reviews. Try adding crushed seasoned croutons to the top before baking! Yum!

Made this for Christmas Eve - somewhat disappointed, very dry, not very cheesy - took twice as long to brown, delayed dinner by 1/2 hour - May try it again using more shredded cheese and possibly add Mozzarella so not so dry. Great concept, all in one pan - - definitely worth a second try!

I always add nutmeg over the elbow layers. That gives (all) pasta the special "je ne-sais-pas-quoi". Try it in moderation and you'll love it.

I have been making this recipe for 8 years now. We have made it a tradition at Christmas and Easter. Family and friends always expect me to bring this dish to any covered dish events.
