Was very good, different spin on plain mashed potatoes...Had a very good taste. Loved the bacon & green onions on the top...

Kinda bland, but has potential. Next time, I will add the suggested roasted garlic.

Very good!!! I mixed the onions in the potatoes before cooking them because I couldn't imagine raw onions on top, but it was delicious. I will definitely make this again.

I made this recipe for a get together dinner and everyone absolutely loved it. I added butter, salt, extra onion powder and used regular cream cheese and sour cream.

I liked being able to make this recipe ahead for lunch on Sunday. Put it in my oven on time bake before going to church and it was done when we got home. My two grown sons loved it. They said it tasted like a loaded baked potato. Have been sharing this tasty recipe with friends. Thanks for this great recipe!
