Wonderful! We made this for Thanksgiving this year and it was great making it a day ahead.

I liked being able to make this recipe ahead for lunch on Sunday. Put it in my oven on time bake before going to church and it was done when we got home. My two grown sons loved it. They said it tasted like a loaded baked potato. Have been sharing this tasty recipe with friends. Thanks for this great recipe!

Great to make ahead. Boys gobbled it up. Used Toasted Onion dip in place of onion powder and sour cream.

I have made this recipe for years with a couple of changes. Instead of onion salt, I use Beaumonde, garlic salt, and dill weed mixed into the potato mixture. My family and friends love it and I make it often. Will try your version soon and hope for the same results.
