Delicious! Made a double batch for Thanksgiving and it was all gone by the next day. I used light cream cheese and sour cream and it was still great! Would make again. Easy!!!

I loved the idea of making mashed potatoes ahead of time and putting them in the refrigerator overnight. This recipe came out very good, my family has already requeste them for our Christmas dinner!

Very easy to make and received rave reviews at Thanksgiving dinner! I love that I could prepare it that morning, enjoy the guests, and heat it up in time for dinner. I substituted 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder since I didn't have any onion powder, and eliminated the chopped onions to suit my taste.

This was an easy dish to prepare and I loved that I could make it 2 days prior to Thanksgiving meal. It was a hit and I just had a request for the recipe. Will definately make this again.

I made this recipe for about 6 people who came for dinner last night. It works well for a group that size and was great that it could be made ahead of time. But, it was very bland and dried out quickly in the oven. Next time I'll add milk and butter to the potatoes instead of the sour cream and cream cheese. Maybe add some shredded cheddar cheese.

This was a great make-ahead recipe for thanksgiving. It tasted great and I've already had requests for the recipe. This dish is easy and makes less work if you have made it ahead of time.

Bland. Although it was easy to make them the day before, it was easy to tell that they were not freshly made.
