Great to make ahead. Boys gobbled it up. Used Toasted Onion dip in place of onion powder and sour cream.

I made this with pork chops.. My father inlaw and my sister inlaw Loves this recipe. they want me do this recipe all the time when they come over for dinner.

I have made this recipe for years with a couple of changes. Instead of onion salt, I use Beaumonde, garlic salt, and dill weed mixed into the potato mixture. My family and friends love it and I make it often. Will try your version soon and hope for the same results.

Used cream cheese, french onion dip, margarine and a little milk. Topped with sharp cheddar.

I REALLY ENJOYED MAKING THIS RECIPE. I PREPARED 2 CASSEROLE BOWLS OF THIS RECIPE. THE RECIPE WAS ALSO QUICK AND EASY TO PREPARE. THIS WILL BE A GREAT ADDITION TO MY THANKSGIVING DINNER. I'M SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL ENJOY ALL MY NEW RECIPES. I WILL SHARE MY RECIPES WITH ALL WHO WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THEM. (HAPPY THANKSGIVING)

We have made this for the last 3 years. We love them. They are a family favorite. This year we are using butter red and golden butter potatoes and adding a little cheese into the mix.
