My daughter and I made this four times during the holidays.It was easy and a tasty recipe.even are greek friend loved it and he is hard to please.

This is the first thing request when I ask what I can bring. I do add more sheets of phyllo in between (it just depends on my mood) and I think it makes it flakier and easier to eat. Great recipe.

Made this for our family Thanksgiving party. Was a big hit. Will definitely make again for future entertaining. It's great that it's one of those recipes that can be made ahead of your party plans and just be popped in the oven to be finished.

I love the roll-ups they are absolutely wonderful! I usually make the Greek dish Spanakopita but the recipe i have for that could feed about 10 people. i needed a recipe that was a bit smaller. And i found this and tried it and Love it. It is just as good and perfect to make for me and my son!

I have made this recipe several times and it is always well received. You know it is good when friends ask for the recipe! The spinach and cream cheese are a good taste blend.

I didn't have time for the phyllo dough, so I used the phyllo cups. They were delicious and so easy. I am making them again this year.
