I replaced the cream cheese spread with low fat cream cheese mixed with a pkg of vegetable recipe and soup mix. I replaced the butter with olive oil to brush the phyllo. It was a big hit with my 2 teenage kids plus their cousins who were visiting. Will definately make it again!

This was a big hit with my friends and family New Years Eve. The flavors are a delicious creamy blend and it was relatively easy to prepare and the video was a big help with instructions on working with the phyllo dough.

Wonderful recipe, very quick to make. I tried basting the butter, but tore the sheets, so used butter spray instead. It was great tasting and so quick and easy. This was the first to go completely at a recent party. I plan on making some ahead for Christmas!

I have made it a few time. Even froze extra for a later date. Just have to remember to take out in time. It has great flavor

Tasted great, but very messy. My phyllo dough basically all fell off when I cut the roll into pieces.

My husband does like Spinach but when he tried this he said "wow" Thats always a good sign. My mom loved it and so did I. Excellent is all I have to say!

I used the garlic/onion cream cheese and my friends loved it. The next time I make it I will try doubling the phyllo as I thought there should be more. I know--added calories--especially since I used butter. :)
