I've made this for several parties. I used the phyllo cups instead of roll-ups. It was quick and easy and everyone like them.

very easy treat for hosting parties and such. Really easy and simple to put together. You've just got to stick it in the oven.

I never made anything with Phyllo before once I got the hang of it, it was very easy! Everyone loved raved about them. With the easy step by step video that was attached to this recipe makes it impossible to mess up and I should know I'm a person who rarely does any of the cooking in my house.

Instead of phyllo I substituted ready to bake crescent rolls, put some of the mixture in, rolled them and baked per directions with rolls. They were a HUGE hit and several people asked for the recipe. I recommend about 4 cans of crescent rolls. Delicious!

This recipe was easy to make. Instead of using it as an appetizer though, I used it for one of the vegetables when we had friends over for dinner. It was quite a success.
