These were a big hit with my family at Christmas time. I plan to make them again for my housewarming party in a couple of weeks. They were easy to make and tasted very good!

Delicious, every guest loved it, even my picky husband and sister-in-law. Will make it for the next party I go to.

These turned out very delicious! My "pretentious" brother thought that I had bought the log at a local deli. 2 thumbs up :-) Oh and I served it with blue cheese dressing- some people liked drizzling it on the top of their roll-ups.

I use filo dough for many things, but have found this recipe was great for making ahead and freezing to keep for drop in guests. Never had anything but praise from our guests. Sent it to my daughter in CA and she and her friends all raved about it. Thank you.

These were very tasty and easy to make. The Phyllo dough was much easier to work with than I hat thought. Next time I make these I think I will try adding a little ricotta cheese to the mix for something extra.
