These were a huge hit at a holiday party where everyone brought a dish. Everyone asked who made the spinach rolls. I made the recipe again and froze them for my next get together.

HUGE HIT! It was a welcomed change among our usual " meat and potatoe lovers". It is now on the lists of requests for our next get together. The biggest challenge is the Phyllo. Next time I'll try the cups.

very good and so easy to make! everyone thought i bought these and just heated them up. What a time saver too, i made these a few days before my party and put them in the freezer until i need them. i will definitely make these again!

I would have to say the same thing about the filling being too heavy for 3 sheets of phylo, but also everybody loved it at my company's Christmas Party.

Don't be afraid of Phyllo dough. It really was easy, and everyone loved it. Spanikapitas are harder to make. Next time I will brush the top with a little egg, to give it a more golden brown color. Yummy.

I thought it was something different and taste very good. My niece served it at a party at our church.

I was going to make this recipe for a Christmas Party -- but am not going to now. I tried making it today (a week before the party) and really was not that impressed. I love spinach - but this was a little too spinachy for me. Looking for dessert ideas now..

The filling is much too heavy for just 3 sheets of phyllo. Next time I will use 5 or 6 sheets per log. Everyone at my party loved it including myself. Yes....I'm a spinach lover.

I thought they were OK, my husband did NOT like them and my mellow husband was rather vocal about how awful they were. I tried this recipe because of the posts that said 'people who are not spinach fans loved them' well, my husband is not a spinach fan and is even less of one now.

I made this recipe just this week. It is really good. I have two rolls in the freezer and plan to serve it again this Sunday. I substituted the cream cheese vegetable spread with just plain cream cheese and it reminded me somewhat of Spinach Cheese Burek.
