Own a deli. Served these on a kaiser roll with ham, swiss, tomato & honey mustard. Was a hit with the customers!

if you want to add some meat, you may add slices of hot dog, jam, or turkey jam as much as you want. I loved it!

I really enjoyed these pancakes. I decided since I had a lot of tomatoes on hand to try a slice on the pancake. I put the tomato on the pancake, then the sour cream and also a little sprinkle of bacon bits as well. They were really great both ways. I may experiement with some other ideas as well. Thank you for this great recipe.

This was quick, easy and above all, my 7-year-old loved it! In fact, he suggested adding tomatoes for the next time we make it.

I replaced the (Feta Cheese) with Grated Parmesan Cheese. I used the sour cream. I wanted an Italian flare to it. My husband had it (with no sourcream) he really enjoyed the flavor and texture of it. It tasted like a crustless Quiche. Thanks
