MY husband and kids loved this.. Quick, easy and very yummy..
I made this recipe for fathers day, and it got rave reviews, so much that it was requested for the 4th of july. It wasn't so rich that you felt like you would be in trouble the next day. Very light and fluffy. Very easy to do, but everyone thought I really had skill. :}
This was such a huge hit at a gathering of about 12 of my friends. I did use the new "2 servings more" graham cracker crust so it fit really well. I could see where it might be too much for the normal size. All in all a great pie!!!!
I thought it was OK - the filling was too overwhelming in the pie crust. I had to discard a large portion of it before adding the top layer. Could have used a little more flavor in the cream layer.
Too much pineapple. Would leave topping off next time.
This was very good. Light and refreshing. The pie was way too full for the crust - I had to scrape off some of the cream cheese layer in order to get the pudding to even fit without running over the sides. That was okay though since my boys ate it plain. This was a very good recipe - just be prepared to have a small dish of extras when making.
I used the 1/3 less fat cream cheese, fat-free cool whip, reduced fat graham cracker crust, fat-free milk, fat-free/sugar free vanilla pudding in this recipe, and then grated lemon rind over the top for that hint of lemon flavor. Everyone loved it. And the best part: guilt-free...if you can limit yourself to just one slice, that is!

Very good Pineapple and lemon cheese cake pie.
My family seemed to really enjoy this, but I might would add a little more pineapple for flavor. We topped it off with a little cool-whip. Very good.
