What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/4

cup sugar

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, divided

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding

cups cold milk

Make It

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP and half the pineapple.

SPREAD into crust.

BEAT pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in remaining pineapple. Spoon over pie. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Easily prepared, light dessert that is nice after a large meal. Its an eye-appealing dessert that makes you want to eat a slice.

Very good receipe. Guests really liked it as well. If you are a BIG pineapple lover than I suggest using more pineapple as the pineapple taste tends to get lost (with the whipped topping). This would be a great recipe to use with other types of pudding/pie filling other then lemon, such as coconut. Best part is it's very easy to prepare!

This cheesecake is not too sweet and has the proper consistancy for me. It is very difficult to mess up and all the requirements are readily available at the convenience stores as well as grocery stores. Thanks

I'm far from the Betty Crocker/Martha Stewart type & for that reason alone ANYONE can make this delicious pie. The pie was almost gone the first day. You can easily substitute Jell-O with any flavor if you're not a fan of Lemon.

I tried this recipe for the first time at Christmas 04 and it was a hit all the way around. My Nephew even asked me to make him this pie for his birthday. Excellent dessert for any time of year.

Made this for my sister-in-law's open house and it was a HIT!! Used the crushed pineaple on the top also for garnish :) ENJOY :)
