I noticed that one reader said that the sugars were to high and it's high in fat. Each time I've made this I've used reduced fat or fat free cream cheese and I've used sugar free jello or pudding mixes. You can use reduced fat graham crackers for the crust. It can be very low fat and low in calories if you so choose.

I made this recipe with sugar-free pudding and lite cream cheese. Instead of the strawberry flavored cool whip I use Cool whip light. Flavor was just as good if not better and my family asked for more..

This is one of my favorite desserts to make. I make the crust listed in the variations (with flour & pecans) My favorite is with pistacio pudding!! but it's also good with chocolate. It makes a nice size recipe, but I don't get 24 servings from a 9X13 pan! I've never had anything go wrong & it looks nice on the plate when served (& tastes great, too!)

This was very refreshing dessert on a nice summer day. My whole family enjoyed it, no leftovers. It was difficult to spread the cream cheese over the crust, but next time I will refrigerate the crust before spreading the creamcheese mixture.
