This was a very easy recipe to make and it fed quite a large crowd. It's rich enough that you don't need very large pieces to enjoy it. Applauds from all that had it :)

Delicious dessert! I couldn't find Strawberry Cool Whip. So, I added blended frozen strawberries that had been thawed to regular Cool Whip. This added extra texture to the topping.

Couldn't fine strawberry cool whip at the time I made this, so I used low fat cool whip and garished with lemon peel. It was just great, cool, light and refeshing.

Great recipe, but I can only find the strawberry cool whip during certain times of the year. I have been very disappointed when I go to make this recipe and can't find the cool whip.

It was good. Only problem was that I couldn't find strawberry cool whip anywhere. So I used regular cool whip and added sweetened sliced strawberries to it.

I haven't tried this yet but I will. People have said that they can't always find Strawberry CoolWhip....well couldn't you whip in a box of strawberry Jello into the regular CoolWhip for flavoring? I'm not sure if it would change the texture or not. I'll give it a try and get back to you.
