I've found that you can't always find strawberry coolwhip, so I figured out a simple way of making it. Just add a dash of strawberry syrup to a tub of coolwhip and mix until its a nice pinkish color.( just add a little at a time). It keeps its consistency.

I LOVE this dessert! It is so easy to make and everyone always raves over it. Whenever I make it, I have to make an extra dish just for my husband, per his request. I made this for my mother's birthday dinner at a local restaurant last year and even our waitress was asking for the recipe!

Good recipe! I guess I would highly recommend for the next time I make this to freeze it 1st, & cut into squares. It was messy to cut and remove from the dish. I would even think this dessert would taste good frozen anyway!

The best thing about this recipe is the ability to use different puddings and/or topping. It stores well also and my family loved it.

this was easy to make, light and delicious; someone in my family said this is her favorite dessert. i would suggest in you recipe the wording be changed from 'softened' butter to 'melted' butter for the graham cracker crust. i just mixed in very softened butter the first time i made this recipe and when i tried to spread the cream cheese mixture, it stuck to the graham crackers.
