This recipe is out of this world! So far I have made this recipe four times this month. It is quick, easy, & I have learned to make it by heart. Friends comments: PRICELESS !!
This was very good, except I had a problem with the crust coming apart when I tried to spread the cream cheese mixture. Someone commented that you can put the crust in the fridge for a couple hours first, but I baked the crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees (and then let it cool for about 10 minutes) and that worked great!
my only problem making this, is that the first time I made it, when I went to spread the first layer over the crust, the crust stuck to the cream cheese layer and made a huge mess. The next time I made it, I made the crust, then put it in the fridge for a couple hours, then went back and made the rest. That time, the crust did stayed together perfectly. So my recommendation is to refridgerate the crust for an hour or so first to allow it to set before you add the rest of the ingredients.
I made this for a bridge club, and it went over so well, I had to make copies of the recipe for all. I am just so thankful that Kraft has this great web site and that we may share recipes with each other.
My husband was crazy about this recipe. Very easy to make.
I made this for Easter and it was a big hit.
Everybody that had some wanted the recipe. One of the best deserts or the best I have ever made
I took it to a potluck and it was a big hit.i added a little extra milk to the cream cheese so it was easier to spread.
Great for summer when it's so hot that having the oven is a daunting prospect.
My husband loved it! The only problem I had was the spreading of the cream cheese on the crust it was too thick so I warmed up my spreading knife to help spread and it helped.
