I used sugar free instant pudding and lite cool whip and it came out great! Easy and quick to make.

This decadent dessert walks the fine line between being too rich and being not quite enough... I was a bit dubious going into the process of making this the first time, but my husband and I managed to devour the entire 9x13 pan in a few days. I always use the sugar free pudding in everything I do, and I've done it with both the lite and the sugar free Cool Whip. The strawberry Cool Whip is not currently available where I live, but it tastes just fine with regular. (There's still no way to pretend either one is good for you...) Well worth the time it takes to hunt down a grocery store that carries ladyfingers!

This is wonderful - although I had to use angel food instead of ladyfingers - I couldn't find them. They also did not carry strawberry cool whip - so I used chopped frozen strawberries and their juice and mixed it into the cool whip. This recipe should sit overnight though. It sets better.

I made this for a get together at the apartment complex where I live, it is for people 55 or older. This was the first and only desert that was completely cleaned up. I don't know how many asked for the recipie. Will have copies made in office.

I followed the recipe to the "t" and it was absolutely delicious! Light and not too sweet. Served this to a group of 6 "picky" friends and they all asked for the recipe. It's a keeper.

this is sinfully delicious. I think you could use other fruit and plain cool whip in it. I think it would be good with a combination of blueberries, peach slices and strawberry slices.

Everybody loved this dessert. I couldn't find ladyfingers so I substituted w/ Nilla Wafers. Also, added cool whip to the pudding mixture to make it a little lighter. It turned out great.

My Family enjoyed it but it was really more of a light strawberry shortcake instead of a tiramisu.

This is so easy and so good. Next time I am going to add sliced bananas with the strawberries. It'll be sort of split!!like a banana

To make this tiramisu you definitely need to have the coffee flavor. And lady fingers are a must, I soaked the lady fingers with coffee liquor, cut the pudding in half and mixed with whipped cream cheese and a little ricotta and finely ground instant coffee. Layered with fresh strawberries and french vanilla coolwhip (with a touch of coffee liquor) and dusted the top with cocoa powder...even my Italian friend asked me for this recipe when she tried it!! Yum Yum!
