Made these for Thanksgiving, along with some garlic mashed potatoes. I never tried the others...just enjoyed these! Loved the flavor! Will definitely keep this recipe.

Made this as part of Christmas dinner. It was fabulous, delicious. Just the aroma as it came out of the oven made my mouth water. I would difinitely make it again!

I've made this recipe twice so far and it's very good! I used turnips and butter and left out the sour cream to cut down calories. The recipe really doesn't even need sour cream. My husband loves this recipe too!

I have made thses potatoes numerous times and I absolutely love them. The parsnips taste very good. I cut the recipe in half because my family is small. I don't like using sour cream, so I replaced it with half a cup of warm milk. The potatoes turned our creamy and delicious.

This was so yummy!!! My husband loved it and he doesn't even like parsnips.

I always use sour cream in my mashed potatoes, but adding parsnips is surprisingly yummy! Even my toddler loved these, and she generally despises all veggies as a rule.

I didn't even Have any sour cream on hand, but we all loved the combination of potatoes & parsnips. Definitely a keeper.
