LOVE your cooked chicken - especially the Southwest seasoned one. Dinner is so easy & quick to prepare & the food tastes great. How about some Southwest recipes ?? Thanks. June.

This is an easy and refreshing salad. The first time I made Classic Italian Chicken, I went exactly by the recipe. The next two times, I changed it by adding Kraft Shredded Pizza Four Cheeses. The next time that I make this recipe, I plan to use Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and 1/4 cup dried cranberries.

Sodium and cholesterol are off the wall. I would love to try some of theses recipes but me like lots of other adults have high blood pressure and high cholesterol problems. We would like to see some prepared foods that won't be a threat to our health or our budgets. Good luck on that one because I know that salt is a major preservative.
