What You Need

ripe avocado, peeled, chopped

Tbsp. lemon juice

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped, crisply cooked

bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens

boneless skinless chicken breast halves, grilled, chopped

plum tomatoes, quartered

1/2

cup crumbled ATHENOS Blue Cheese

hard-cooked eggs, chopped

green onions, sliced

1/2

cup KRAFT Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

TOSS avocado with lemon juice. Place in large salad bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.

SPOON onto salad plates. Drizzle with dressing.

Excellent! I love salad and this was just so good. Very huge hit at my house, even with those that hate salad. Lemon juice mixed with the avacodo's add a wonderful kick.

My family, which includes two teenagers, loves this recipe. On Sunday nights when I barbeque teriyaki chicken for dinner, I make a few extra breasts and use these during this week for this quick meal.
