This soup is oh so good. It has become a favorite in our home. My boyfriend requests it all of the time! I add corn and black beans - and it is fabulous!

The lime makes it refreshing enough to make in summer season, even when it's hot outside. My family likes this paired with skillet cheese quesadillas. I do my cooking on Sundays for the week and this works well as a make-ahead to reheat later.

I was hesitant but thought I'd try this anyway. It was amazing.

Very tasty, extremely spicy, eat with gallon of milk :)

We loved it. We used less lime juice (because we ran out) but it was great! My husband liked it better than the standard chicken tortilla found in restaurants.

At first my husband looked at the soup and did not think much of it. He gave it a try and ended up eating two or three bowls. Next time, I will add either pinto beans or black beans and corn. This is one soup I will be making again and again.

This recipe was ok, I added drained black beans & corn, but i think there was to much lime juice! If i were to make it again it would be alot different.

This recipe was delicious. I only put 1 tbsp of chipotle pepper in the soup and it was still really spicy. I added corn, which I thought was a must. And I added sour cream and tortilla chips. We don't like cheese much and I thought it tasted great without it.

It's excellent! Tangy from the limes and smokey from the chilis.
