I like my shakes thick so I switched the amounts of milk and ice cream (I used berry blue jello but was short on fruit so I left it out). The flavor was great and it was a really good consistency, the only problem I had was that there were a lot of little jello granules in it that made me feel like I was chewing a Flintstone's vitamin.

I have a carb friendly idea for this dessert if you are doing South Beach diet. Get the Jello sugar free banana pudding mix and use 2-3 bananas as your fruit. Makes a very thick banana shake that would even please the person who made the first comment! Blue Bunny makes Carb Freedom French Vanilla Ice Cream that you can use in place of the regular.

This is not a shake. Shakes should be thick. This was very, very runny.
