Chocolate Chunk-Banana Bread

What You Need

cups flour

cup sugar

tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

1/4

tsp. salt

eggs

cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)

1/3

cup oil

1/4

cup milk

1-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), coarsely chopped

1/2

cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside. Stir eggs, bananas, oil and milk in large bowl until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts.

POUR into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

BAKE 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

Made this last night, tripled the recipe so I could give some away as gifts.....it came out perfect! My kids love it. It's very moist not dry at all. I will be making again for sure.

Very nice if I do say so myself. I used extra bananas so not really dry tasting and the chocolate chips added a really nice kick to it as I used the ones with mint flavoring. A delicious combination and very easy to make!

I made this recipe as is, no substitutions. Tastes very good. A bit dense and somewhat dry for my taste, but good flavor overall.

This turned out great. Didn't have nuts or chocolate chunks so I substituted them with semi- sweet chocolate chips and raisins. Delicious! Moist! Will make again!

Very good and very moist. It took a bit longer than what it said to cook, but I think that's probably just because I accidentally added to much vegetable oil.

I love it it was the best thing in the world any one with picking kids should make it because my kids are very picking and they ate the whole thing so i make 6 more hahahah
