Mexican takeout, step aside. There's a new tortilla bake in town. With a cheesy outside and chicken with tangy sauce inside, this is destined to be a weeknight fave.

What You Need

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2

cup flour

cups milk

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1-1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1/2

cup chopped fresh parsley

flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

WHISK dressing and flour in medium saucepan until well blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; cook until melted, stirring constantly. Reserve 1 cup sauce.

STIR chicken, salsa and parsley into remaining sauce; spoon 1/3 cup down center of each tortilla. Roll up. Place 8 roll-ups, seam-sides down, in each of 2 (13x9-inch) baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce and remaining cheese.

BAKE 25 min. or until heated through.

Instead of salsa, I like to add a can of Rotel tomatoes. It adds the perfect flavor!

I think the recipe was misleading. Took too long to make, and you CAN NOT make it ahead even a little bit. It got mushy, and is bland. I threw most of it away. My family of 5 ate out.

My family enjoyed this very much. Just a hint, use the leftover salsa and sit it out as a dipping sauce and sour cream also makes another good dipping sauce for the tortillas.

The title of this recipe was misleading. I found it more bland then zesty. It was missing something, but I can not put my finger on it. The time was inaccurate as well. By the time that you cook the chicken, prepare the sauce, wrap and bake, it is more like an hour and a half to prepare the dish.

This was O.K., but I probably will not make again. This had kind of a funny taste.

The sauce had a flour taste and I did not care for ttat . Maybe if I cut down on the flour it would taste better.

This was not very good at all. The strange Miracle Whip/Milk/Flour sauce had a very strange flavor. I won't make this for my family again.

This was an excellent recipe! My husband and I are "meat and potatoes" people, but we both thought this was very tasty! I've made it twice already and just got the recipe this past month. Thanks for it!

I like how this recipe makes 2 dishes. We had one tonight and I froze the other one for a night when I do not feel like cooking.
