I used Velveeta cheese and, being in NM, decided to use some green chile, too! Tasted wonderful!

This was so simple and delicious. It tastes almost as good as my aunt's wich take her forever to make. Definately a new family fave!

My picky boyfriend loved it. Since there is only 2 of us, we normally have left overs and these were even good warmed up in the microwave. Make sure the tortillas are covered with sauce or they become very hard when baked.

The tortillas are very good. The recipe makes plenty, and the two tortillas are very filling.

My husband loved it!!! For the salsa, I put hot and it really spiced it up. I also added Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese on top along with the topping and the shredded cheese. It was very yummy and cannot wait to make it again!!

I first followed your recipe and it was just to bland for me so i had to soup it up. I mexicanized it I added chili powder, garlic and a little cumin powder and salt & pepper to taste, instead of parsley i chopped up fresh cilantro. I also used homemade tortillas from the local bakery, my family loved it!
