Our Perfect Zesty Chicken Tortilla Bake

Our Perfect Zesty Chicken Tortilla Bake recipe
Mexican takeout, step aside. There's a new tortilla bake in town. Made with tender chicken and a tangy sauce, it's bound to be the new family fave.

I did not care for this dish at all. It was very very bland.
Excellent! Cooked the chicken with garlic and seasoned salt. Added 4 oz. extra cheddar cheese to the sauce. (It wasn't quite cheesy enough.) It takes a little longer to prepare than what the recipe says though. You have to cook the chicken and the sauce. Takes maybe an hour total from start to finish. Oh, and when it says to only use 1/2 the cheese in the sauce recipe, I think they mean only half the cheddar. Put all the cream cheese in the sauce. Save half the cheddar for putting on top. Enjoy!
The receipe tastes to starchy when finished, I think it calls for too much flour in the mixture. It would be better is cheesier.
It was so delicious! Oh Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with the other folks. This was very bland. The cheese sauce needed more spice (which I added) and cilantro would be much better than parsley. I think the addition o fother vegetables such as tomatoes, onion, and peppers would probably help the flavor, as well as make it a more balanced meal.
To much miracle whip and flour. I would cut the amount in half. Add alot more cheese!! As well as a few other spices.
This was an okay recipe. It was bland, and I didn't like the miracle whip/flour taste. My kids didn't like this either. Next time I would use velvetta cheese, 1/2 the flour & miracle whip, use sour cream and use cilantro instead of parsley. It definately needs to be cheesier. Some cooked green peppers laid in the tortilla would also be good too!
This was easy to make, but very bland. I think the flour/milk sauce makes it too bland. I will experiment next time to add some more flavor. But it's a good start to something else...
very delicious!!!!!
I thought the recipe was fairly easy to make. Next time I will probably use dried Parsley because I live in a rural area and it was hard to find. Overall, my husband and I loved it and we intend on finishing off the leftovers.
