Use medium heat salsa at minimum because the heat bakes out some. Also, used 2T dried parsley instead and it was great! Loved the Miracle Whip taste. Use a whisk to mix the Miracle Whip/flour and then slowly add the milk. Cook and stir with whisk over low heat until thickened and bubbly to remove the flour taste. Will definitely make again! Thinking of all the possibilities of additions like onions, garlic, sauteed peppers ....
