This was very good but I think it would have been better with a few additions. Like adding some chopped onions. Is also good with topping it with some sour cream and additional salsa before serving. Using flour burritos shells instead of small soft taco shells, adding filling, tucking in edges and then rolling helps to keep the sauce from running out of the shells and into the pan.

Easy to prepare and a hit with even most hard to please. Tasty Mexican alternative. A keeper.

It is very good. I put some salsa on top after taking out of oven and it spiced it up. Will definitely will make again!!

This was good. My family really enjoyed it, they all had seconds. Changing up the salsa would really spice it up.

We loved this dish, which rivals anything you can order in a chain restaurant. Just don't forget the sour cream to spread on it! (fat-free ideally) This is a top-notch meal!

My husband and 18 month old daughter really liked this recipe. We used some extra salsa on the side for dipping. I will definately make it again.

My husband and 2-year-old both loved this dish, and there was enough leftover for a delicious and easy lunch the next day. My only complaint - the preparation took longer than 10 minutes. Don't forget the sour cream!
