This was very easy to make & it tasted good except it was a little bland. I'd make it again but I might use some peppers or something this time around.
We loved it! I used sour cream instead of miracle whip, 1/3 cup flour, 2 cups cheese, 3/4 cup salsa, 1/4 cup cilantra, added cooked diced onions & mushrooms it was only enough to fill 8 flour tortillas. I covered everything with the sauce before baking. You can also use a mix of cheddar, mexican blend or colby & jack cheeses.
I had a friend make this meal for me while I was recovering from having a baby. It was great and ask for the recipe. I give it a 10
I can't count how many times I have made this recipe for my own family or others. We love it and because we are a small family, we have enough for two meals!
I really liked it. I added more salsa and cheese but thought it was great. My 3 year old liked it too, not too spicy for him either.
Not enough zip... too bland. Change parsley to cilantro.
Very easy to make. The cheese sauce was so good. I used regular mayo instead of miracle whip and it turned out great. It made a lot, so next time I'll only make a half of a recipe.

This one is a real people pleaser. Everyone I have made this for loves it.
The 1st time I made this with the miracle whip and it was only okay. The 2nd time I substitued sour cream for the miracle whip and it was much, much better. We also like some extra salsa on top to give it more flavor.
