My husband and daughter requested it for supper two nights in a row. That is rare. It is really a great dish!

This has become a real favorite at our house. I make it every few months. We eat one meal right then and I freeze the rest in meal size portions. It is great to come home from work tired and pop one in the oven. Much better for my family than a store bought frozen meal.

We made this last night and had my mom and in-laws over to eat. They loved it. Everyone thought it was delicious. I added low fat sour cream on top of mine and it was awsome. Will make it again. like some one else said heats up well in mocrowave for work.

This recipe was pretty good and easy to make. It was a little bland, but with some personal touches it's wonderful!

I would have to spice this recipe up a little. It was good but too bland.

Even my "picky-eater" ate this, and was glad I had frozen some for later!

I think it is wonderful. My husband liked it too. I prepared it with low fat cheese and low carb tortillas. I cut the recipe in half and we have enough for another meal.
