Mexican takeout, step aside. There's a new tortilla bake in town. With a cheesy outside and chicken with tangy sauce inside, this is destined to be a weeknight fave.

What You Need

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2

cup flour

cups milk

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1-1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

1/2

cup chopped fresh parsley

flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

WHISK dressing and flour in medium saucepan until well blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; cook until melted, stirring constantly. Reserve 1 cup sauce.

STIR chicken, salsa and parsley into remaining sauce; spoon 1/3 cup down center of each tortilla. Roll up. Place 8 roll-ups, seam-sides down, in each of 2 (13x9-inch) baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce and remaining cheese.

BAKE 25 min. or until heated through.

Needed more spice for my taste. I topped mine with salsa but my roomate thought that they were fine w/o it. Also, the recipe made more than 16 and I even measured how much I put in each tortilla.

I liked it well enough but I agree, it could use more spice to it. Next time I will add more salsa or spices. They were messy to roll and put in a pan but they were still easy to do. We also had sour cream on the side to dip into. I'll cook them again with some modifications.

I used the entire jar of salsa-just poured the remainder over the casserole before baking. Also seasoned the chicken before mixing it in with the filling ingredients for more flavor. I liked that it made 2 batches-1 for now and 1 to freeze for later.

This was easy to prepare. I omitted the salsa & instead added medium taco sauce. It was a huge hit!

I love this recipe and make it all the time. I like how you can make it ahead of time and freeze for later bake time.

this recipe is so easy and super good. it makes a lot and is good for large groups. i paired it with some rice and it makes a simple and delicious dinner
