I think it is wonderful. My husband liked it too. I prepared it with low fat cheese and low carb tortillas. I cut the recipe in half and we have enough for another meal.

This is a wonderful, easy dish to make. Whole family loved it. Used mild salsa in mine but think I will use medium next time to add a little more zip.

This is one of the most easiest recipes i've ever tried in my life. It fed 4 adults and 2 kids and i still had leftovrs. Great for potlucks!!!!!

This was a very easy, family friendly recipe. I used 2 large cans of chicken breast and it was even faster and easier than the recipe states, it was a great fast meal for after work and it was wonderful to have a second pan to pop in the freezer for another meal. I served with refried beans and a salad. This would be a great potluck dish.

Yummy! My husband also loves this dish. I top it with sour cream and pico de gallo and it is perfect. If you like spicy, just use a hotter salsa for the topping. This recipe freezes very well, I've made it about five times now and it has turned out great every time.

"Zesty" - I don't think so. This is extremely mild and just lacking in flavor. The Miracle Whip flavor was overwhelming, even though I like Miracle Whip. If you make this, use less of it, strong salsa and Mexican flavored cheese

My family begs me to make this recipe all the time. A quick short-cut is to buy a slow-cooked chicken from the deli and most grocery stores. It cuts the time in half and make less clean up.
