Mexican takeout, step aside. There's a new tortilla bake in town. With a cheesy outside and chicken with tangy sauce inside, this is destined to be a weeknight fave.

What You Need

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2

cup flour

cups milk

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1-1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1/2

cup chopped fresh parsley

flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

WHISK dressing and flour in medium saucepan until well blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; cook until melted, stirring constantly. Reserve 1 cup sauce.

STIR chicken, salsa and parsley into remaining sauce; spoon 1/3 cup down center of each tortilla. Roll up. Place 8 roll-ups, seam-sides down, in each of 2 (13x9-inch) baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce and remaining cheese.

BAKE 25 min. or until heated through.

This was such a great recipe. My husband, who is a picky eater really loved it. It is an easy recipe to half also, as our son is still a baby.

This is one of our favorites! I put pepper and garlic powder on the chicken when cooking it, and I use more cheese than the recipe calls for. SO GOOD!

This is one of our family favorites. I've been making this recipe for years. I add asparagus spears, 1 or 2 depending on the size, and then roll them up. Absolutely delicious.

We make this recipe all the time and we love it, but we always change a few things. We only make 4 enchiladas at a time but use extra filling. basically, you can use half of all the ingredients for the filling, then only stuff it into 4 shells. It is amazing. And we always cook the chicken with lots of garlic and cumin to spice it up.

This was awful, which surprised me as usually we love Kraft recipes. The sauce had next to no flavor and the texture was grainy.

my kids love this recipe. I ommit the parsley and i add rice and corn. It is sweet but we like sweet.

My husband loved this! I used skim milk and cut back on the cheese amount by 1/2. Also, I used 50% Fat free cheddar cheese and 50% 2% cheddar cheese. Very yummy. Will make again!
