turned out pretty good considering that I had to adjust for 2 instead of 16. Will try with sour cream on top next time

I thought this sounded great until I saw the 500 calories and tons of fat! I don't know how these ingredients can add up to so much, but I could never serve something this un-nutritious to my family.

I think I would add maybe tomatoes to this next time....I liked them, but felt like they were too creamy or cheesy, needed something to break it up.

I looked for a long time for a recipe that was easy and the whole family liked. And this one is it! We love it! I make enough at one time to freeze a batch and when I'm ready i thaw them and make the sauce to go with it!

I was trying to find something my entire family would love, and this turned out to be perfect! I added a can of green chilies in hopes to spice it up a bit, based on the other reviewers, but it still wasn't very spicy at all. However, when I mentioned I might try some hot sauce next time, the whole family agreed they didn't want it spicier, it was perfect! Finally, a dish I can add to the rotation:)

My family loves this dish, spiced it up with some chopped jalapeno peppers and cooking longer thickens the sauce. I have passed this along to family members and coworkers and they love it too.

I use mild salsa because my family does not like spicy foods. The sauce does have a "flour-y" flavor. And it was thin when I first made it, but after cooking it on the stove until it was the consistency I wanted it worked out okay. I also do not reserve any of the cheese sauce. I just pour the extra chicken mixture on the top.

I shred my chicken and used cilantro instead of parsley, it's delicious!! One of my husband and I's favorite!!

This is good! I usually can only get my husband to try a dish like this screaming and kicking. He really liked it and I have some frozen meals "in the bank". I only had medium salsa, so next time would use hot or add a drop or two of hot sauce. We found that one roll-up with salad and a little rice was filling.

This was so good. I would not call it zesty. But my family likes it that way! It was easy to assemble using pre-cooked chicken.
