What You Need

cup flour

cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

1/2

tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

1/2

tsp. baking soda

1/4

tsp. salt

1/2

cup butter, softened

1/2

cup granulated sugar

1/2

cup packed brown sugar

1/2

cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

egg

1-1/2

tsp. vanilla

1-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), coarsely chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX first 5 ingredients until well blended Beat butter, sugars and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate.

DROP heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.

BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 1 min. on baking sheet; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.

I really liked these cookies. They combine chocolate chip, peanut butter, and oatmeal cookies into one! I used chocolate chips rather than chunking chocolate. And be sure to drop huge tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet. I love big, chewy cookies!

This was an easy recipe to make, and it was a huge hit with friends and family - a little bit of everything to please everyone! I even made for co-workers, and they keep asking me when am I going to make them again to bring to work. Definitely recommend this recipe! Yum!

These cookies are as my daughter said, " The best cookies in the world." I can't keep them in the house and sent some off before my family could smell them as a gift to a great friend. The only complaint was he couldn't stop eating them to take them home and share with his family. One of the batches I mixed semi-sweet chocaolate chips and white chocolate chunks, they were incredable!

I've made this twice so far, and we love them, the first time they came out a little dry, so i did reduce the flour a little and this time they are delicous, also i used splenda both times and i will say though that i used an ice cream scoop to measure my cookie dough and i only came out with one dozen cookies, instead of the 2 1/2 the recipe says, but we like our cookies big, TRY this recipe it is great.
