I wanted to add that I used Splenda and the Splenda Brown Sugar mix instead of regular sugar-they were just as good as regualr sugared cookies...

mmmmmm! this is the only way to get my kids to eat oatmeal. the peanut butter added a nice background to a basic choc chip oatmeal cookie. i've made already 3 times in the last month!

My brother had begged me to bake some cookies while I was visiting. . .and didn't have any recipes with me! I found this one, subsituted half a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and half a bag of butterscotch chips for the chocolate squares. . .and threw in a handful of chopped walnuts. . .they were a big hit! And the combination of the peanut butter and butterscotch has me ready to make this one of the cookies in my holiday gift boxes.

I would if I could figure out how to make it just a little more moist. I had to add some oil to get it to stay together. I would like to add something other than oil next time. Any suggestions.

These cookies have a great texture, they were soft. The oatmeal and peanut butter are not overpowering, but the flavors still came through. I used choc. chips instead and will be making these again.

I made this with less flour and it was better. But they were still a little dry and I forgot to use less baking soda so it was salty.

These were wonderful! Nice and soft. You might want to add a tad more peanut butter if you want more of that flavour. They lasted less than a day! Mmmm...

I wanted to make some cookies for the family and I found this recipe. I wanted to have some oatmeal in them so I thought the recipe would be perfect. I added chocolate chips instead of the coarsely chopped chocolate and they are great. I will making them again and again. The peanut butter flavor is not too strong, just how I like it. Thanks.
