I haven't made this yet and have a question. How would you rate the serving sizes? I see it says it makes 16 servings. Are the pieces tall and generous or short slivers? more

closest recipe i have found to the German cheesecake that i use to help make while visiting German in the 1960's
I made this for an office Christmas Party. My co-worker made a New York Cheesecake (the unhealthy versiion) and mine looked the exact same. Co-workers could NOT tell the difference. I am making it again for my husbands birthday. I used ALL Splenda and see no reason to put any real sugar in it, sure can't tell the difference and it lowers the carbs w/o sugar.
It was okay. I guess I have to use all Splenda next time. I used a mixture of Splenda and equal and it had a funny taste to it.
I served this carb counter cheesecake at a recent holiday and not a single person could tell the difference in the taste! Very Good!
Easy to make, but seemed a little flat and it sunk some in the middle, was not very high for a NY cheesecake, Next time I will use more vanilla and something else in place of the almonds. It may have been something I did. Will try it again.
Very good but not as good as your cherry cheesecake.
this was the best cheese cake that i have every tasted in my life thank you for this recipe and all my friends love it i going to make it for thanksgiving.
Very easy. Everyone who tried it LOVED it, I get requests for it all the time at work. Couldn't even tell it was low-carb!
This cheesecake is delicious. No one would ever know it was low carb unless you tell them. I made this cheesecake for a pot luck lunch at work and it was gone in 10 minutes. I did have a hard time finding crushed almonds for the bottom, so i just made a graham cracker crust with splenda.
