I made this for my Ladies church group brunch. This was so easy,cheap,and so good to eat. I am going to make this many more times.

You know how sometimes you get cottage cheese and it tastes wonderful and other times you get it and it doesn't taste so good? Well I had a container I was so diappointed in sitting in my fridge. I came across this recipe and decided to try it. Fabulous! I will definitly make this the next time I buy a container of cottage cheese that is not so good because in this recipe it tastes fine!
Very good! I am not a huge fan of cottage cheese but this really hits the spot and it helps that it's "healthy". I am always looking for dishes/side dishes and this goes great with pork chops!!
This is a great recipe. I always make a triple recipe and then freeze the rest. It freezes well. I have used a regular pie pan and large muffin tins for individual servings.
This was an easy & tasty recipe. I did not have red peppers on hand so I added extra broccoli & used 1 full cup of sharp cheddar. We paired it with toast & fruit for a ligth dinner, but it would be good for a breakfast too.

We served this recipe to company today and we all loved it. For a change of pace I might add very tiny ham cubes but will usually make it just like it says. I did cook it around 57 minutes and used a 91/2 inch pie plate (it needed every inch of that pan. I will rate this as a four star and will definately make it again.
This recipe was easy to put together. It was a big hit with my family. I had one piece left and it was good heating up in microwave. I will defiantly fix again.
I've made this a few times, and definitely cook longer than called for. I also used diced green chilis instead of the roasted red peppers (i didn't have any!) and actually love it more. Also added diced cut up ham adding not many calories/fat and is great!!
