Next time I'll sub ham for the broccoli, as my husband suggested.

The Broccoli was still frozen, but I had thawed spinach. I used one 10 oz. box of spinach thawed and squeezed dry--- It was so amazing, I don't think I will ever use broccoli.

This was a wonderful, fast, and tasty recipe. I used fat free cottage cheese and egg beaters in place of eggs. Tasted great and lowered fat and calories.

Have made several times. Easy meatless entree you can make after work or when time is tight. Add a side salad and dinner is done.

Delicious! I added a can of black beans, tomatos, and made a pie crust to put it in, which adds to the flavor:)

So easy! All ingredients were on hand in my refrigerator and pantry. I added shrimp and chopped onions to mixture and sprinkled top with crumbled (real) bacon bits.
