This was SO good and very easy to make! My boyfriend and I loved it and will definatly make it again!

This was so easy to make and was delicious! I used fresh red peppers instead of the roasted red peppers.

It was very easy to make, my family liked it but after a couple days of having over and over you kinda got sick of it.

Very yummy- lots of protien! I used sundried tomatoes instead of roasted peppers also, I sprinkled the top with a little garlic salt- very tasty!!

This was awesome! A definate "make again recipe. This was perfect- but I did chage a few things- *I used fat free cottage cheese *I reduced the anout of broccoli to a 1/2 cup *I used bell pepper instead of roasted red peppers *I doubled the amount of cheddar and used fat free *I added onions and spices *I used about 1/3 cup of breadcrumba

I substituted the eggs for "Eggbeaters". It was a a little bland, I might add some salt & pepper or nutmeg next time (or maybe some finely chopped onion). This dish is great for breakfast or as a side dish for dinner.
