Wow! This colorful dish delivers all the flavor of a vegetable quiche without the extra fat that comes with a pastry crust.

I added sliced green onion, red pepper flakes for some kick and a little bit of cut up deli sliced ham. My husband who isn't a broccoli fan loved it! Next time I will delete the peppers (I don't like peppers) and add turkey bacon in place of the ham. Very good as leftovers!
This was excellent!!
This was so easy and SOOOOO GOOD! Definately a keeper!
Its one of those dishes that is better the next day.. Let the dish completely cook before cutting, it can get messy.. but I liked it and I will make it again
My husband and son give it two thumbs up. They say "It's a keeper." I'm so happy to have found a dish they like that's good for them! Fresh broccoli (or leftover) works fine too. By itself or with a salad this would be great for a low carb diet. My family liked toast with it.
We love this as a breakfast treat. I have made this several times and my whole family loved it. After I made it the first time, I have been making double recipes and freezing them in pot pie size pans or small loaf pans. Then one morning during the week, we have a nutrious hot breakfast. I let it thaw in the frig the night before and then put it in the oven first thing in the morning. We went to a new cafe in town and my mom paid $4 for a broccoli quiche. It was this same recipe!
This is a fabulous one dish meal. In a neverending attempt to cut fat and calories, I used fat free cottage cheese, and Kraft fat free shredded, only 1/2 the parmesean and Eggbeaters. I will make this dish many more times. Next time, I would like to try the spicy roasted peppers in place of the sweet.
This tastes so great! It's easy and cheesy and deliciously creamy. I used fresh bell pepper and added some green onions.
This is great. I made it twice for new mothers and have served it for dinner. I have been asked for this recipe by several people.
Have made is recipe several times. Substituted chopped spinach for the broccoli and added 2 sausage patties, brokend up in small pieces. Very good.
