I loved this recipe, it was easy and convenient to prepare. I added in only half of the jar of red pepper and a little extra broccoli the second time I made it. My husband loved it!

I use this recipe for my breakfast. I modify it a bit by adding chopped Canadian bacon and sometimes onion. Easy to put in a container and microwave. My co-workers love it and now all have the recipe. It's a quick two dish recipe, thats good for you and tastes great.

I added fresh red and green peppers, and 1/2c. mozerella cheese. Flavors blended well together, vegetables added nice color. Good consistency. Served as a salad, could take diced meat to create a main entree. Everyone, even the "doubting Thomas'", enjoyed it, and went for seconds.

This was extremely easy to make and surprisingly tasty. My husband and two-year-old daughter absolutely loved it. Even just after baking, it maintained its shape and looked nice on the plate. I'm guessing it took 8 minutes to put together- not bad!

This was reallt easy, and it's very good! I used southwestern eggbeaters instead of real eggs. It is very tasty.

This was a very easy recipe to make. We enjoyed the roasted red peppers for the added flavor. The Weight Watcher point count is 4 which is very good. Also a good source of calcium.
