This was one of the best cheesecakes I have ever tasted! Not too sweet, but a wonderful semi-sweet chocolate flavor. I would hightly recommend this one.

This is a great cheesecake. While it may have a lot of calories, it's very rich so you don't need a big piece to feel like you had some cheesecake.

This was AMAZINGLY good! I even cheated and put only half the amount of chopped chocolate into the batter (It would be great with more, but I'm cheap!) Also, I mixed the whipping cream with melted chocolate chips (instead of baking chocolate) and it was fine.

I've made this quite a few times and always received rave reviews. A few tips to make it easier than it already is: 1) you can definitely use semi-sweet baking chips or chunks...chocolate can be a pain to chop. 2) You can make more than one cake by using the Oreo premade crusts, the recipe divides perfectly between two crusts. If you do this, you can use mini-semi-sweet chips so the proportions are more in-line with a smaller cake.

I made this for a coworker's birthday and everyone loved it, even the ones that didn't like cheesecake!
