Citrus Crunch Chicken recipe
We call this Citrus Crunch Chicken, but with a lemon, a lime and an orange adding plenty of zesty punch, it could actually be Triple Citrus Crunch.

This recipe looked like it would be very good but it was way too bitter for me. I couldn't even eat it, my husband covered it in hot sauce, and my daughter scraped off the coating! However, my parents liked it. Go figure!

I found the chicken to come out very very moist. However I would use less lime and more orange next time. I found some of the chicken that was on the limes to be a bit bitter. I m just starting out learning how to cook and this so far has been one of the easiest and yummiest recipes I've made. I can't wait to try more !!

the chicken came out extemely moist. I didn't use lime because of the other comments I read. I felt the orange and lemons provided plenty of citrus taste.

This was too strong with the peel in the coating. Next time I will just place the chicken on top of the fruit instead of actually using the zest on it. My husband couldn't even eat it! <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Mary ~ Thank you for your feedback. Citrus Chicken has been changed to decreased amount of citrus peel in coating mixture by 1/2. >>>

The breading was very strong and bitter. Did not enjoy. My boyfriend asked if I could give it negavite stars.

I liked this recipe, but I think next time I will use 2 of each fruit and not put shake-n-bake on the chicken. Ill just bake the chicken in between the 2 layers of fruit. Over all it was simple and I did enjoy it.

The breading seemed a little too powerful, next time I think I'd try different breading than the Shake-n-Bake.... my family liked it, but with the lemon-lime pilaf it seemed a little too citrusy. Next time I might try it on a salad with a lemon herb dressing

I liked the idea of baking it on top of the citrus, which me Honey loves, but the zest and cooking on the citrus was too much. I suggest one or the other.
