Citrus Crunch Chicken recipe

We call this Citrus Crunch Chicken, but with a lemon, a lime and an orange adding plenty of zesty punch, it could actually be Triple Citrus Crunch.

I must've followed the directions wrong. This wasn't good. My kids wouldn't eat it. My dog didn't even like it. It had the taste of orange peels.

It was good but for a family of four one bag of shake and bake was not enough. it started to clump after i started to coat the third chicken breast

We all thought this was pretty tasty (my husband REALLY liked it), so I will be making it again. My 3-year old even thought it was yummy!

Too my citrus. My husband likes nearly anything I make, but requested that I not make this again. Maybe halving the citrus ingredients would help.

Very tasty--never thought of adding zest to Shake 'n Bake

My family and I thought this receipe was very good. I subsitiute home made bread crumbs for the SHAKE N BAKE. Which worked really well putting the bread crumbs and citrus peels in the food processor. I will make this again.

My husband, toddler and I all thought this was delicious. However, with all the grating of citrus peels, it did take longer than 5 minutes prep time.

My daughter, who is learning to cook, made this recipe for supper. The chicken came out moist and tender with a wonderful citrus flavour. The Shake and Bake gave it a nice texture. She served it with baby carrots and wild rice pilaf. This is a recipe that we will be making again and again and again!
