Citrus Crunch Chicken

Citrus Crunch Chicken recipe
We call this Citrus Crunch Chicken, but with a lemon, a lime and an orange adding plenty of zesty punch, it could actually be Triple Citrus Crunch.

wish the citrus favor came out a little bit more in the chicken. Should have added a layer of oranges on top of chicken-may have helped. But the chicken was good.

I juice the fruit into a bowl and dip the chicken into it before coating with the Shake and bake. Less work that slicing all the fruit and everything stays crisp! Now it's a family favorite.

I made this once and will make it again - however maybe marinating the chicken in the citrus juice (using more fruits than recipe says) before coating it and baking it on top of the slices. This was a good change of pace for chicken dishes though.

I found that the citrus flavor did not really permeate the chicken. Only the bottom of the chicken seemed to have much citrus flavor.

the zest had a terrible after taste. Will not be making it again.

Ok but not very flavorful rather boring. I probably would not make this recipe again. It looked real nice but didnt taste as good as it looked.

I would make this again, but using only lemons. The lemon flavor was good but the others were a little weird. I also think it would be a lot tastier to make it with fish instead of chicken. That is what I will try next time. Also, I recommend baking no more than 25 minutes.

Ugh, I was so excited about this recipe. It tasted like chicken rolled in slightly soggy fruity pebbles. Very disapointing.
