Citrus Crunch Chicken recipe
We call this Citrus Crunch Chicken, but with a lemon, a lime and an orange adding plenty of zesty punch, it could actually be Triple Citrus Crunch.

Don't place chicken directly on the fruit unless you want that powerful taste...very good...will make again!

The chicken was NOT dry even a day later...nice crunchiness combined with a bit of a fruity zing. Delicious!!

This is a very quick & easy chicken dinner. I made this one a few times. My husband really likes it. It has a little sweet & tart from the fruits.

The citrus added a nice tang to the coating, but next time I will make it without the fruit slices on the bottom of the pan - that was tooo much - it made the chicken somewhat bitter.

This has got to be the best chicken recipe I have ever tasted. The chicken was moist, tender, and just the right amount of citrus taste. The good part is it is so easy to fix. I also fixed the side dish of rice that was reccomended. It, too, is delicious.

I will also leave out the limes next time, they overpower the other flavors and make the dish to bitter.

My husband liked this recipe more than I did. I am not big on citrus flavoring. And mixed with the shake n bake made it worse for me. If we try it again I may use bread crumbs and try a different seasoning.

I didn't find the lime overpowering as everyone else is saying, but I wasn't too crazy about this dish. The juice made the bottom of the chicken soggy. However, it made the house smell good, and it looked very presentable.
