I marinated the salmon for a couple hours and made the relish that another member had suggested. It was a great, light meal that was enjoyed by my husband and I. I am not a big fan of salmon, but this was very good!

I absolutely loved this recipe, using the pointers offered by astrickler. YUM! My daughter didn't appreciate it (not a big salmon fan), but all I can think is, "if only eating healthy was this tasty, quick, easy, and satisfying all the time!"

My husband said, "Please make this again." I allowed salmon to marinate all day while at work. I brushed the salmon with melted butter, sprinkled on 1/2 tsp. dill weed, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, and 1/2 tsp. marjoram. Excellent flavor!! I also baked in the oven at 375 for about 14 minutes to avoid salmon blackening in the broiler. I served the fillets with a relish I threw together in my food processor: 2 C. fresh spinach, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, and 1-1/2 Tbsp. more raspberry dressing. I then stirred in by hand 1/3 C. shredded Mozzarella, a handful of frozen raspberries (thawed), and about 3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds. Fabulous compliment to the fish. No food processor? Hand-tear the spinach into bite-sized pieces, stir together with the other relish ingredients, and serve the fillets on top a "bed of greens."

Delicious. Not too strong. Subtle, raspberry flavour.

Marinated overnight...still not much flavor. Tried the salad with it though, that was awesome.
