I have not made this before but I think I would also marinate a little longer than recommended. I would poke holes in the fish to let it absorb the marinade

Definitely quick and easy prep, but lacking a little in the taste department. It was good, not fishy tasting, would make it again, but maybe marinating with lemon juice first and then a longer time in the vinaigrette?

My kids loved this recipe. They always ask if we can have it again. It easy to make, I thought it was excellent.

I don't care for salmon that much, but this one is a real winner! I would agree with someone else that posted the comment that it would have been even better left marinated for longer. Great!

Very good. I griiled the salmon instead of broiling it. Next time however, I will marinated it longer for a stronger raspberry taste.

This is so delicious it will change your mind if you think you don't like salmon. I will make this one over and over again.

Also, I would suggest baking the salmon in a 350 to 375 degree oven for the 12 to 14 minutes as opposed to broiling because broiling is a much higher, uncontrollable temperature. Grilling is also very good.
